Clinical Supervision.

I provide clinical supervision to psychotherapists and counsellors in a confidential, welcoming, and reflective environment. At the heart of my work is the intention to create a space that supports growth-both for you as a practitioner and for the clients you serve.

I'm deeply interested in the complexity of being human and in how we, as therapists, encounter experiences that can unsettle our clients' sense of safety, connection, and meaning.

Drawing on existential therapy, I invite open enquiry into your clients' choices, values, and ways of being in the world, as well as the freedom, responsibility, authenticity, and uncertainty that may surface in the therapeutic relationship. I bring warmth, empathy, and a genuine curiosity to understanding your lived experience as a practitioner, and I aim to support you in reconnecting with what brings you independence, joy, purpose, and a sense of belonging-both in yourself and in your work with clients.

As an integrative therapist and supervisor, I draw on attachment theory to explore the relational patterns that emerge between therapist and client. Attachment theory offers a meaningful framework for understanding transference, countertransference, and moments of relational rupture or closeness. My aim is to offer a steady, secure base in supervision-a space where unconscious processes can gently surface, and where you can grow in confidence, insight, and relational depth.

I work with the Seven-Eyed Model, a trusted and comprehensive supervision model that ensures all aspects of the client-therapist-supervisor relationship are considered. I use language that is accessible and attuned to the modality you work with, and I hold a strong commitment to justice-informed, anti-oppressive practice.

Support and challenge remain central to my supervisory role. I encourage thoughtful reflection on boundaries, self-worth, and the development of your own therapeutic voice. My intention is always to foster autonomy, growth, and a deepening of your therapeutic presence-so that you, and your clients, can continue to thrive.

I follow the guidelines laid down by the BACP for supervision . I aim to be a conscientiously ethical practitioner and I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice of the BACP
